Land Division
We team with developers who need our services to market and sell their properties to the public. These properties typically consist of retirement and recreational communities targeting the baby-boomer market. We provide a fully professional staff, trained land consultants, and a sales center strategically located within a single day's drive of 70% of the United States. We use three methods of selling format -- relationship, promo/grand opening, and event sales.
